Talk to your friends about climate: What can we expect in New York?

Let's be honest - it's easier to think about places you know well.
That's why it is especially useful for those of us in the New York
region to have a handle on what the climate crisis is likely to do to
our region.

Join XR members Dan, who is a climate scientist, and Kristin, who is a
graduate student on the way to becoming a climate scientist, for an
opportunity to learn about some of the specific scientific reasons why
we are worried. After their talk, there will be time for questions -
and an opportunity for you to practice talking about the climate
crisis using what you've just learned. Moderated by XR member Jessie,
who is not a climate scientist, but who has a lot of practice talking
to people about this topic.
