Rooted in community building, non-violence, anti-oppression, mindfulness, conflict resilience, and a deep connection to the living earth, regenerative practices foster “a culture which is healthy, resilient, and adaptable” (XR Principle #3). These practices are a radical shift in the ways in which we interact with each other as activists and help us co-create a regenerative culture.
All Rebels are invited to attend this training for Regen Advocates, individuals who take part in supporting the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of people in working groups, affinity groups, and more. At this training, you will learn simple yet effective practices to cultivate more effective communication, purposeful work, and creative actions throughout the movement.
