SOS Facilitation Training Series part one: Basic meeting format and the concept and practice of consent decision-making.

This three-module series on Zoom is designed to boost facilitators' skill and confidence across XR NYC. All three modules are highly participatory, with lots of time for supported practice, role plays and reflection. Valuable for people with any level of experience.

This Spring, we’re offering two chances to take each module. The series is designed to be taken in order. If you miss the first module, don’t worry! The series will be offered several more times this year.

Modules and dates listed below - a link to the next module will be sent once the prior one is completed:

Module 1 (this module)

Basic meeting format and the concept and practice of consent decision-making.

Option 1: March 18, 3-5 pm

Option 2: March 19 7-9 pm

Part 2

Proposal generation and role selections.

Option 1: April 1, 3-5 pm

Part 3

Social-emotional challenges and what-ifs?

Option 1: April 8, 3-5 pm
